PROPERTY INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR

We are a well-established and client focused Short Term Insurance Brokerage seeking an experienced, organised and customer centric Property Portfolio Administrator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service, managing property insurance portfolios and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential, commercial and sectional title property insurance clients
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
• Obtain and compare quotations from insurers
• Prepare policy documentation and ensure accuracy of all client records
• Liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters and service providers
• Assist clients with policy queries and claims administration
• Review policies to ensure clients have appropriate and adequate cover
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA and company procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Short Term Insurance Brokerage
• Previous experience administering property insurance portfolio is an advantage
• Strong understanding of commercial, residential and sectional title insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative and organisation abilities
• Computer literacy and experience with insurance administration systems
• RE5 and FAIS compliance is an advantage
