We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Financial Advisor to join our growing independent brokerage based in Randburg.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about providing holistic financial advice and building long-term client relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) qualification is essential
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry
Proven experience across: Risk Planning and Insurance

Investments

Healthcare/Medical Aid Solutions
Strong working knowledge and experience dealing with major insurance and investment providers
Relevant FAIS compliance and regulatory requirements must be met
Own client base will be advantageous
Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills
Valid driver’s licence and own transport

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients
Conduct needs analyses and recommend suitable risk, investment, and healthcare solutions
Develop and maintain client relationships
Identify new business opportunities and grow a sustainable client portfolio
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards

Remuneration:

Small basic salary
