Job Description

Embark on a rewarding career journey with our INSETA Internship Programme in the insurance sector. Under the guidance of experienced Insurance leaders. Interns will explore and gain skills in several facets of the insurance industry, including customer service, sales, project development, and regulatory frameworks.

This role is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the insurance value chain and operational processes, preparing interns for a robust career in insurance.

Key Learning Areas

Insurance Service Value Chain: Gain a deep understanding of the process from customer acquisition to service delivery.

Customer Service and Sales: Develop skills in client interaction and sales strategies.

Project Development: Participate in project planning and execution within the insurance domain.

Operational Insights: Learn the intricacies of daily operations in the insurance industry.

Information Analysis: Analyse and process vital insurance data.

Regulatory Frameworks: Understand the financial and legal aspects affecting the insurance sector.

Customer Solutions: Learn to assess customer needs and devise appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

Required Education:

·        Completed tertiary qualification in the financial sector and or any other qualifications that is on the list of the FSCA recognised qualifications.

·        RE5 will be an advantage

·        Candidates must be currently unemployed

Citizenship: Must be a South African Citizen.

Age: Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years old.

Other: Candidates must not be currently registered in any other learnership or internship and not be studying at another institution.
